At Olivia Jewelry, we want you to love your new piece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom engravings and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
